Appearance:

Temperament:
They are very confident and protective dogs. They become very protective of their family and can become aggressive towards strangers. Very alert and may attack without warning. Lack of exercise can lead to a behaviour problem such as boredom and can lead to the dog being overweight. Rottweilers tend to put on weight easily so do not over feed them. Associated diseases related to being over weight are hip dyslasia, elbow dysplasia, heart diseases, breathing problems.
